The omnichannel networkfor textile circularity.

Textiles are becoming a regulated material stream. Artus operates the infrastructure behind every channel — and records every handoff.

See how it works

What we do

Six operations.
One material record.

From the moment a textile is returned to its verified next destination, every step is operated, measured and accountable.

Why Artus

Take-back,the documented way.

Too much textile collection ends in an unrecorded handoff. Artus operates every step and records it, so the material and the evidence arrive together.

Regulatory momentum

Producer responsibility is becoming law on both sides of the Atlantic.

Regulation is turning textile take-back from a voluntary program into a documented obligation. Artus runs the operations and produces the evidence.

2008France

The first textile EPR scheme

Producers fund collection, sorting and recycling through the Refashion eco-organization, expanded by the AGEC anti-waste law.

2024California

SB 707, the first US textile EPR law

The Responsible Textile Recovery Act requires producers to join a responsibility organization and fund collection, repair, reuse and recycling.

2025European Union

EPR in every member state

The revised Waste Framework Directive makes producer responsibility for textiles mandatory across the EU, with harmonized reporting.

2026European Union

Unsold textiles can no longer be destroyed

Under the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation, large companies may no longer destroy unsold apparel and footwear.

Sustainability

Reuse first. Recycle next.Nothing unaccounted for.

Circularity only counts when it is measured. Artus follows the waste hierarchy and records the route every lot takes.
